Richard Cope
Richard is a board member, CEO of five different technology companies, a USMC combat commander, head of special operations for Gen. Schwarzkopf during the Gulf War, a venture capitalist, and a nonprofit fundraiser. He founded two companies in different industries, both of which appeared on the Inc. 500 list and were recognized as the fastest-growing Veteran-owned companies in America. He has raised funds from the US, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Australia, and Europe. He has over 40 issued patents in the US and internationally. He has testified before Congress, briefed presidents and world leaders, and been featured on television, radio, and in multiple newspapers, magazines, and books.

Robert Morrison
Robert is a leading innovator in the defense sector and a pioneer in advanced suppression, with a career defined by cutting-edge R&D, industry firsts, and strategic military collaboration. As founder of Stealth Engineering Group, LLC, he has focused on resolving legacy suppressor challenges and driving the evolution of next-generation technologies for both commercial and defense applications. His work has directly influenced U.S. military programs, including early prototypes of the USSOCOM Suppressed Upper Receiver Group (SURG) concept, which was developed nearly a year ahead of formal specifications. As an NDIA presenter, Robert shared findings on integrally suppressed weapon design and thermal isolation, contributing revised specifications directly to SOCOM.

Josh Peeks
Josh is the Vice President of Operations at Whisperstrike, where he drives innovation in modular, compliance-driven manufacturing systems and ensures operations run with precision and efficiency. With over 15 years of experience in CAD design, CNC programming, and laser engraving, Joshua has established a reputation for combining technical expertise with bold creativity. As the founder of American Engraver and the creative mind behind @americanengraver, his work has garnered attention across various industries. He’s engraved knives for Randall Knives and Ka-Bar that were showcased at Blade Show, created custom projects for Arthur Blank, owner of the Atlanta Falcons and Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and even laser‑engraved a Glock with Dana White’s face on each side for the UFC president himself. These projects reflect not just skill, but the kind of artistry that earns trust from legends.

Chris Thomas
Chris is a creative, relationship-driven operations leader with a background that bridges sales, video production, and digital marketing. As Director of Operations at Whisperstrike, he oversees the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing firearms suppressor company, coordinating dealer sales, product launches, website updates, and marketing strategies. He thrives on finding simple, effective ways to connect people, processes, and ideas. Before joining the firearms industry, Chris spent several years helping law firms and legal technology companies grow through effective communication, targeted training, and genuine client relationships. Earlier in his career, he built a foundation in customer service and management through roles in banking and real estate, developing the organizational and leadership skills that continue to guide his work today.
